Shipping Information

Canada:

Surfswell ships all orders within Canada via Canada Post Expedited Parcel at a flat rate of $9.95.  Orders placed for in-stock items will be shipped within 2 days.  You will receive an email confirmation once your item has been shipped as well as a tracking number for your parcel.  Delivery can be expected to take 1 - 7 days, depending on the delivery location and its proximity to Vancouver.  Faster shipping may be available, please contact us prior to ordering to request this special service.

USA:

Surfswell ships all orders to the USA via Canada Post Expedited Parcel – U.S.A. at a flat rate of $19.95.  Orders placed for in-stock items will be shipped within 2 days.  You will receive an email confirmation once your item has been shipped as well as a tracking number for your parcel.  Delivery can be expected to take a minimum of 5 days, depending on the delivery location and its proximity to Vancouver.  Faster shipping may be available, please contact us prior to ordering to request this special service.  Deliveries to the USA may be subject to duty fees, brokerage fees and/or shipment delays due to customs.  Surfswell can not estimate these charges so please review the customs legislations of your country prior to ordering to avoid disappointment.  Please note that all prices shown on Surfswellswimwear.com are in Canadian Dollars. 

Countries Outside of Canada and the USA:

Currently we are not able to accept online orders to countries outside of Canada or the USA. However, if there is a special item you need shipped to another country, please email us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.    

Return Information

Returns:

We know it’s tough buying clothing online, especially bikinis.  That’s why we give you 7 days to decide if you made the right purchase.  Maybe when you got that black bikini home you realized you should have gone for the neon version instead.  Or maybe you’d like to try a different size or a different cut.  Whatever the problem is we would like to hear about it so we can fix it.  Email us at info@surfswellswimwear.com and we will make sure you’re happy.  We do ask that any products you return or exchange come back to us in the same shape that you received them (ie. not worn in the water or for any other activity, and with all tags attached) so that they can be resold.  If you would like an exchange, first we will issue a credit for the returned item(s).  Then when we ship your new item(s) we will charge you for it.  And we will never charge additional shipping for any new items sent out as an exchange.    

Return to Sender or Refused Shipments:

If an item is sent and delivered to the correct address as per the order and not received or refused, the item will be returned to Surfswell.  Upon receiving the parcel, the balance of the transaction will be credited back via the method which was used initially.
